Word from Bison fans is the tailgating line is currently already longer than they have ever seen it, including just before the lots open in the morning...well over a mile long already. NDSU needs to hurry up with that 40,000 outdoor stadium. Would have sold out in minutes.

This one still has wet paint.

This building is coming along nicely too.

Think small...think what's best for Grand Forks and not North Dakota.

RoughRiders because it'd be lame to copy The Miami University RedHawks by replacing Red with Fighting. (and the other 200 NCAA teams with a Hawks name.) Just say no to NCHC matchup of Red Hawks vs Fighting Hawks. No other NCAA teams has any variation of RoughRiders.

One of those things things is like every team does for every game that is up coming. The other not so much.

Point of View CBS channel 4, Just had three guests on. two of the three picked UND to win. The other didn't say one way or another. Or maybe that's just who they want to win.
-
What projects are they delaying? Certainly not this project. A building and academic complex NDSU could only dream about. Looks like UND is broke.,Word must not be getting around very fast because that building already is pretty far along toward being completed. No cost saving measures needed like saving the old wooden bleachers. My owe my what a shell game.
-
Again buddy, UND is a public institute. Everything it does is public information. You can go find it out yourself. You're a *not very smart person* for believing your buddies buddy. You're *not a very intelligent person* for believing the media would not be all over it if any of it was true.
-
Do a freedom of information act...it would mean more than you claiming your buddy owns a carpet business and they were late on payments.
-
And a press conference for scheduling out of conference games is standard for NDSU too right?
-
Special acceptation for the UND game then.

Cutting sports is a way to pay for something long term with no need to ask for more money every year. Raising half the money for only three years and begging for donations and claiming "We're offering it*" is extremely short sighted. Cutting those sports will still be offering more opportunities for female athletes than NDSU.

Fargo police are searching and looking for a 7 year old boy who didn't make it home after school today.
-
Does NDSU usually open up tailgating the night before a game?...tailgaters are already in line waiting to get a (their) spot.
-
Took a selfie with the nickel a few months ago at the UND Gala.
-
Even that is a highly debated number. That would imply a bunch of 7 year olds are entering also for the "average" to be 13.
-
That sure was nice of the Forum newspaper to post a full page picture of the nickel trophy in UNDs brand new recruiting advantage indoor practice facility on the front page of the sports section today.

Rvs are much better than tents.

I should have said "he owns those three trade names. ".... Which I later wrote" it's different than a trademark." & "it's a trade name." My point: What's to stop the next guy from trademarking and/or tradename the names for his college basement athletic teams consisting of air hockey and Foosball. That he also wants to sell shirts for online. Then someone takes UND to court for using North Dakota Fighting Hawks when UND with its infinite wisdom could have avoided the whole mess. I messed up on a message board. The Herald messes up a much read headline. http://www.grandforksherald.com/news/region/3838901-former-bismarck-mayor-registers-trademarks-state-3-5-und-nickname-options

Either way he owns those three trademarks currently for that purpose. Its better to have all of them and lose others than hoping to get one and finding out they are already registered. You can register anything with the state. You register it when you want to start using it. Its different than a trademark. You don't have to prove you are currently using it. You just have to keep paying the fees to keep it active with the state. Its a trade name.Even so, he could place a $10 ad in a newspaper once a year per name and call it good. I can start the same business with three different names. Nothing illegal doing that. Its like a subsidiary. Maybe those "subsidiarys" might fail within the first year...so be it. But my point which maybe you're missing is that it would be a shame if UND hasn't registered the remaining names with the state already for the intented purposes. This might be a wake up call to UND to get their sh!t together.

That's unfortunate to hear.
