Although I'd love to see Ed Schafer at UND (and I've said it for years, just ask PCM), I just don't see the faculty accepting a Republican (even a moderate R like Ed) at the helm even with an 'interim' tag.

I just can't believe the students will send Dr. Kelley out with a win: they're handing him his PC, inoffensive bird mascot.
