Found myself in downtown Fargo this morning. I saw two oil trains going through (10 and 11 AM) on the north set of tracks, the ones that go past the old Great Northern depot. You know the ones: Two blocks south of Sanford Hospital. Imagine a "Casselton 2.0" down in there. I'll take the managed pipeline thank you.

The statistics say there is a certain fraction of miscreants like this out there. Sawyer never intended to hire a pervert as superintendent. Just as Mandan, Bottineau, Grand Forks, Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton, Bismarck school districts all never intended to hire teachers that would have sex with their kids. But there is a certain fraction of miscreants out there despite all the licensing and vetting and background checks you can do. Given that, I guess I'd rather be rooting them out, exposing them, and running through the justice system. If you're not finding any miscreants you're not looking. And if not, why.
