UND Sports Facilities: TO MANAGE A SPORTS ARENA FOR THE BENEFIT OF UND SPORTS FACILITIES, INC Ralph Engelstad Arena Inc: TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A MULTIPURPOSE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT ARENA IN GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA, PRIMARILY USED FOR UNIVERSITY OF NORTH DAKOTA ATHLETICS AND ACTIVITIES Ralph Engelstad Arena made monetary support to UND Athletics of $751,469 (Schedule A). Schedule R, Part V.2 shows business transactions between the various entities (UND AS, RE Arena, UND). And now it seems there's a FOURTH entity (as found in the RE Arena 990, Schedule R, Part I: ARENA HOLDINGS CHARITABLE LLC ARENA HOLDINGS CHARITABLE LLC: THIS SINGLE MEMBER LLC OWNS THE RE ARENA AND IS THE LESSEE OF THE LAND I can't seem to find a Form 990 for ARENA HOLDINGS CHARITABLE which seems odd given the name. However, I can find litigation they were involved in after the arena fire a couple years back (and some other cases).

Personally, to get it all associated, I believe center court should look something like this. And admittedly, this wouldn't work for hockey (different surfaces). It puts it all in one visual space so it all gets associated mentally. And yes, I took some liberties with the fonts and such.

You do realize that you refute yourself by actually casting in the pieces to make the N. To put in those pieces your mind had to have conceptualized the N in there. Thus, you did see an N. Ergo, that's an N. Other stylized Ns.

Refused? The man offered 9 different meeting dates in the window proffered. And the dates are spread out no less. Combine this with her statement to the GF Herald of "it's not about the logo" versus what her emails reveal (it's about the logo) and I find Ms. McGarry's credibility to be somewhat deficient at this juncture.

I wonder if the NCAA has taken notice of this adventure in playing surface logos yet. You'd hate for an "inspection team" from the NCAA offices show up at REA and look to verify that REA is living up to the settlement agreement that they signed. You know folks like that would find some itty-bitty little thing that's not fully to the agreement and then push.

I've been reached out to by headhunters and potential employers. It's never taken my focus away from the job already in hand. It'd better not, or you run the risk of having neither.

Are you implying that Kennedy is working for someone/something else's best interests? I'd say the REA Board is giving the appearance of looking out for themselves (as Hodgson said, their mindset won't change), and forgetting their charter.

You know what's missing on that ice? The team from the University of North Dakota.

You see their primary letter mark (not word mark) logos in all but one case (Denver).

This will slay some of you: I prefer the ND Hawks logo (B) to the flame logo (C+). The flame logo has never done it for me. It's mashed together, the U seems lowercase because of the interaction with the N, and the font for the D seems a size small compared to the "UN". That said, if UND had picked "Prairie Fire" as a new nickname I reserved the right to re-evaluate.

So SDSU uses their institutional (academic) logo at center court ... Are you saying you want the UND flame logo at center court?
