How could they miss playing this whenever he stepped to the faceoff dot.
-
Is it because of the rumor that's @Goonsinging lead? It's really not. PS - My estimate of "Dagger" for a decade seems low based on the start of this thread.
-
It's been "Chelsea Dagger" for over a decade. I respectfully submit something absolutely goofy yet completely fun and on the right emotion: < score > < blow goal horn like now > < this >

This is what happens when a Christian rock band gets trapped in a studio during a pandemic with a Bee Gees LP and Gloria Gaynor's phone number.

May I respectfully disagree? The spring roster shows five: Skokna, Mitchell, Ziebarth, Smith, Pride Admittedly they list the new Romfo as a WR (and not as RB I'd expected). Injuries pile up as the season progresses. One more back isn't a bad thing. PS: UNI lists 7 and NDSU lists 8 at RB on spring rosters. -
Imagine if somehow Cruikshank (Bonnie Blair) and St Cyr (Manone Rheaume) somehow ended up on the same team.

"The rest" is the privately financed "Memorial Village".
-
McFeely must be wrong. @gfhockeyin a different thread already announced that Midco low bid ... a non-existent RFP.
-
Kinda figured that too. I'm trying to understand how Daschke could go 4-24-28 and lead Miami in scoring ... and still be minus 18. I know Miami went like 7-27-2 last year, but still.
-
So a total $35M price tag. But the Memorial Village portion ... So the $35M when it was the all-encompassing project, minus this portion of it, or $25M, and that's why with $12M they're projecting starting Phase II this summer.

Refresher on what Pollard Phase II is: https://www.iconarchitects.com/athletics/und-high-performance-phase2.html

They have $12M already. What was the Phase II price tag? And yes, the Champions Ball would be a good crowd to update and appeal to.

I remember when Valley City would put ice into the Winter Show building rodeo arena. Hockey players (and officials) and rodeo riders using the same changing space creates a most disturbing aroma over time. (I'd change into stripes and skates by the snack bar/cafe to avoid it.) That's my warning to OKC: Overspend on ventilation.

Suspect some folks will be looking for work after the agreement ends ...
-
In that scenario, they wouldn't have Nebraska either.
-
Based on the @Siouxperfan7simple analysis, nothing's gonna change. East teams aren't going to vote for it. And they'll keep voting for regional locations like this year: Albany NY, Worchester MA, Allentown PA. They'll say "that's three states!" Compare Albany/Allentown/Worchester to Grand Forks/Fargo/Minot. You see it. Those three regional site would all fit within North Dakota. Straight line trip between either three is nearly identical. Maps, mileage courtesy Google Maps.

I'd be happy with worst to ... not worst.

My concern here is Kyle Doperalski has announced he's taking a job in Kansas on July 1. He's been media point-guy for Athletics for a while. If UND Athletics plans on doing it itself, who'll be in charge? Or will REA be the marketing face for everything and act sort of like Learfield did in the past.
-
Like I said before, paying Learfield, and REA, and whichever other entities, to do it is overhead charges for each. Consolidating and going to the model Nebraska went back to is worth a try to simplify, cut out a middle man, and save overhead charges.
