  1. Sometimes Meierkort is right.
  2. Congratulations to Dr. Kelley for getting that one right.
  3. Seems to me that a three time zone conference could be of benefit in one way. The BSC can offer "full day" programming to a network. Football: You could have BigSky football triple headers. Start a game at 1 pm in the Central time zone, then start a game at 3:30 pm Mountain (4:30 pm Central), and then start a game at 6:00 pm Pacific (8:00 pm Central). Basketball: You could probably do basketball all Saturday long ... start running games at noon Central and just keep moving west.
  4. IM credit card information, including security number on the back.
  5. Some are happy at achieving the summit. Others reach for the Sky.
  6. Walker was an NDSU recruit right out of HS. You're thinking Tony Stauss (sp).
  7. And I will take it for exactly its full stated value.
  8. It's now a Minnesota HS League sanctioned sport. And UND and NDSU were playing softball and baseball long before the NDHSAA sanctioned the sports. (But we've been over this. You're just being ... well, ... you.)
  9. As long as Eids is a full-time student and has remaining years of eligibility he can play. We've had football guys working on MBAs.
  10. First we lose a senior MLB (one of the few seniors we have) Paul German. Now we lose senior QB Jake Landry. The rest of this campaign is now for getting experience into next year's starters. We're running Fr, RFr, and So receivers. Bring in one of the young QBs and let them all mature together.
  11. No, but you're doing a great job of doing it to yourself.
  12. Time to play Sioux Football 'JEOPARDY!' The answer: 13 16 15 22 33
  13. Sometimes CBS College Sports runs its feed online. http://www.cbscollegesports.com/
  14. Why was a thread from 2007 dredged up in the first place?
  15. Idalski now has about every resource a coach could want for his program. What's he going to do with it all? People are watching.
  16. Some might call it that. I'm hoping Frattin, and Jason Gregoire, call it "motivational".
  17. All those buyouts take some serious money, and the UM system is short on that lately.
  18. Brewster for Bohl. Even-up swap. When I heard "Grandpa" Sid prattling on last week about how Brewster deserved another season I knew the guy was toast if he didn't beat the Boilers.
  19. Count down the list from 25 and you'll see UND in the high 40s or low 50s depending on the week. That's where Massey has them. That's about where they are in FCS right now. Jose Cuer ... eh, Mohler keeps playing like yesterday and NDSU will be right there soon too.
  20. If you have Midcontinent Cable and a digital receiver you might be in luck. Seems that 597 (Minnesota PBS channel) is part of the base package depending on where you are at. Put your town in here and see if Minnesota Channel shows up under "Basic Cable". http://www.midcocomm.com/cable/programming/channellineups/?fid=0&x=23&y=6
  21. http://www.argusleader.com/article/20101013/SPORTS0202/10130315/ Interesting that both are 15000 or better, the minimum for FBS play.
