gordwiser
Oh yeah, the protesters were there, screaming at my buddy about raising his four year old girl to be a racist (she did have a sweet Sioux road jersey on). I find it ironic that the protesters hurl plenty of insults of their own and make blanket assumptions about people just for being UND fans. Goon
My son didn't see any protestors, but they were there somewhere, some other friends of his saw them. Must have been so many of them? LOL, but it still is a news worthy.

Personally I someone would have insulted my daugher I would have told that person to _______themselves. That is a total lack of class to say that to someone. gordwiser
I was actually surprised to see as many protesters as I did. Quite a few on the east side of the building by where the students enter. They almost had a tunnel formed where people had to walk through to get into the arena and were more abrassive than I thought they would be. yababy8
Whatever. Do you know how fast that would have hit the news down here? I bet it was Saigo too. Only if what happened fit in the egenda of the media, and the media has no interest in making people who protest said "racism" look bad even though in many cases the people protesting racism are objectively and rationally the racists themselves. Anyone who thinks the media is objective is ignorant. Thing is most people are ignorant.

I believe you're more rational than that.

yzerman19
Rather than insult the person whose insulted your daughter, a rationale person, such as myself, would simply call in some favors to force foreclosure upon their home, frame them for being a child pornographer, tow their car (moveable fire hydrants work great for this) maybe get them fired from their job (slip some cocaine into their food the day of a drug test) That's the rationale Sioux fan response to insults hurled at our children
Bob in Wisconsin
Don't know if this has been posted, but CSTV has some good highlights/lowlights of Fridays game on their website. I can't link directly to the video, but go to http://www.cstv.com/video/ and search men's hockey, North Dakota from the drop downs.
The Sicatoka
... in many cases the people protesting racism are objectively and rationally the racists themselves. I've coined it this way: Some of the biggest bigots I've met are the anti-bigot bigots.

siouxguyinstpaul
I was impressed with Ryan Martens Saturday night - seeing him in person and up close - he handles the puck pretty damn good and is fun to watch
