Siouxdonyms
Our true success lies in the depth of the team. We need contributions from everybody. Bingo! Have to have everyone playing full games! Not just one line.

dagies
DH: They have the number-one power play in the league and deserve full marks for it. They can really snap the puck around. I saw that in their series against Denver. I told our guys that this will be the best team we

sioux7>5
Thanks PCM I truly look forward to reading that every week. I am excited about this weekend. GO Sioux!
jloos
That's pretty high praise. You have to be happy for a guy like Foyt who has walked on and toiled away, finally making coach put him in the lineup. Good luck this weekend, Scott! He said he was taking his LSATs, hopefully he goes to law school at UND - the med school hockey team would take a beating worse than usual. I can't imagine taking that thing and then trying to play hockey in the evening.
YaneA
PCM: I know this isn't a verbatim transcript but, really now, did Hakstol use the phrase, "My goodness"? Land sakes, he's a quote machine!

Land sakes, he's a quote machine! I do believe that was the exact wording. He also said "heck." I'm telling you, the man's a loose cannon! PCM
Who gets bumped so Foyt has a spot? Radke? My guess would be Forney.

Trunk Monkey
My guess would be Forney. Would Forney have been in the line-up anyway with Fabian back?
PCM
Would Forney have been in the line-up anyway with Fabian back? Good point. Unless Hak is concerned about some of the penalties Radke took, VandeVelde or Zajac would probably be the most likely candidates to sit. I'm sure that keeping UMD's power play off the ice will be a priority, given that UND's penalty kill is last in the WCHA and 50th in the nation. Trunk Monkey
PCM, thanks for the info - I had no idea our PK was so bad. Not sure who is the referee for the series but could we get a little fund going to pay Campion if he is in GF this weekend?

Not sure who is the referee for the series but could we get a little fund going to pay Campion if he is in GF this weekend? 50th in the nation out of 58 teams. We actually dropped UND was higher. Thats brutal. PP is good though 6th over all.
BleedGrn
I was surprised that they praised Shepherd for the weekend. I guess I can't comment on the whole weekend, but there were two hits on Lamoureux on Sat, I believe, that in my opinion should have been penalties. The second, late in the game, Morin sure looked like he unnecessarily charged Phillipe. Am I wrong on this? I'm not saying it would have changed the game, but for crying out loud, is Shepherd saying that you can knock our goalie around without repercussion? Enough hacking on the refs, but does it take somebody getting hurt for him to make a call??
