Goon Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 So this report will tell us all who is and who is not responsible for making the now infamous phone call? Would you mind posting a link to this report, or maybe just sharing some of the contents of it with those of us who are interested? You seem to have access to things that other's do not, why not share? By the way, does anyone know if OJ is still looking for his ex-wife's murderer? Actually shouldn't the complaintant and the report be public information? Lawyers in the house any idea how we can get this. Would make a good story, find out what fan base they were from and if they had an axe to grinde agaisnt the Hockey players. HUMMMMMM
PCM Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 Would make a good story, find out what fan base they were from and if they had an axe to grinde agaisnt the Hockey players. HUMMMMMM What if the story revealed that it was someone from the UND fan base? Then what?
choyt3 Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 What if the story revealed that it was someone from the UND fan base? Then what? Invite them to tailgate before the MSU-Mankato game on Saturday. I hear there will be one at the old REA.
CVCL Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 Interesting story regarding the 'perspective' we should have sometimes. Now don't go and get caught up in the story
Local Boy Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 What if the story revealed that it was someone from the UND fan base? Then what? 36 more pages of responses.
HockeyMom Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 What if the story revealed that it was someone from the UND fan base? Then what? What if it was Anna Nicole Smith? Something tells me we'd never know the real story then.
PCM Posted February 8, 2007 Posted February 8, 2007 What if it was Anna Nicole Smith? My money's on Myles Brand.
aleah Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Actually shouldn't the complaintant and the report be public information? Lawyers in the house any idea how we can get this. Would make a good story, find out what fan base they were from and if they had an axe to grinde agaisnt the Hockey players. HUMMMMMM I'm all for it!!!.........let's find out exactly who is behind it......I'll even donate money to a "fund"!!
greenwinger_13 Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Someone in this group has to know one of the boys on a good personal note?! Can't get a much better story then what would come out of there mouths...
PCM Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 I'm all for it!!!.........let's find out exactly who is behind it......I'll even donate money to a "fund"!! People should send me a whole bunch of money so I can make use of that thing we have in North Dakota called the open records law.
Sioux-cia Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Interesting story regarding the 'perspective' we should have sometimes. Hockey players are not, nor should they be, judged by their personal morality, only their talent;
Sioux-cia Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 My money's on Myles Brand. I think it was GK!!
Sioux-cia Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 I know I know who made the call But I'm not saying anything cause I'm not going to be apart of this b.s. whatsoever. Go sioux tomorrow! Aww, don't be like that! I'll give you a cookie....
luapsided Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Aww, don't be like that! I'll give you a cookie.... What kind!?
HockeyMom Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Aww, don't be like that! I'll give you a cookie.... I have hot pizza and cheesy bread that just came out of the oven.
Sioux-cia Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 What kind!? Double chocolate chip with soft fudge center and white chocolate frosting. Oh, and HockeyMom's hot pizza and cheesy bread on the side.
Dean Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 I think Spiros is a pretty good college hockey writer and it seems he has a strong interest in the game, but after the Blarney's incident, why does he think this will chase Toews/Oshie out of town? Did the Gopher's who left early leave because of Blarney's? I don't think so. What does the recent incident in Grand Forks have to do with the Gophers?
AZSIOUX Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 What does the recent incident in Grand Forks have to do with the Gophers? both situations happened in a BAR, judyes and blarneys, thats about it, no other similarities
Sioux-cia Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Wow !!! Ok one hint... female and Ill throw the word relationship in there... Thats all I can say good luck I just saw someone out the corner of my eye jumping up and down saying, "I know, I know." *runs after whoever*
jojordan23 Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Um I THINK this incident involving the UND players is being compared to an incident that happened at a bar called Blarney's that is located near the U in Minneapolis. While both instances involved hockey players, and minors, and both situations were handled "internally" by the respective coaches, that pretty much ends the similarities. What I think the previous posters were saying was that Kessel, Rypo, and Irmen didn't leave school early because of any involvement they had at Blarney's. Hope this answers your question.
Sioux-cia Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 But really, who gives a rat's a$$ except the boys and I'm sure they know who it is. GO SIOUX BEAT THOSE SMELLY PURPLE COWS!!!!!!
Dean Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 both situations happened in a BAR, judyes and blarneys, thats about it, no other similarities Exactly.
Siouxmama Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 As I recall, before the Oct. 19, 2001, game with Maine at Engelstad Arena, there was a Sioux drum ceremony honoring Walsh after his death. Some might be confusing the event at the Ralph with the event in Maine. Yep! That would be me!!
Siouxmama Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Double chocolate chip with soft fudge center and white chocolate frosting. Oh, and HockeyMom's hot pizza and cheesy bread on the side. I'll throw in some milk (for the cookie) and a beer (for the pizza...IF you are 21)
luapsided Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Plenty old enough..i cant wait for a coors light at the game!
