redwing77
One of the posters on this board gave me a ticket to his suite. I agree wholeheartedly. There is NO BETTER PLACE to watch the game. $295 Prime Rib. I'm up for it if you're buying.
Sioux-cia
WOW!! Got the prices Mini suite for 10 people is $1424.00 with 250.00 of food and beverages included=$142.40/person Executive suite (center ice) for 28 people is $3700.00 with 500.00 of food and beverages included=$132.14/person. Can order extra beer, food, etc ahead of time. Suites will likely be available for play offs. Unfortunately, I'll be in California at that time. If it's for next season, I have some time to save (hmm, wonder how much I can get for my seats?). OK, I'm still ready to go forth. Let me know if I should pursue this. It would be helpful if we knew next years schedule and those interested could vote which Saturday night we want to do this.

HockeyMom
Keep in mind that the mini suites are on the corners and there is a huge pole in the middle of the suite, so when you get ten people in there it's kinda crowded.....
SIOUXELEVENS
We must be able to find 28 people to fill the larger suite

HockeyMom
If you guys are serious about this you should get money from people before you save their spots.....someone in our group cancelled at the last minute and they had spoken for four tickets. That's a lot when you're paying $140 a ticket.

Sioux-cia
I thought you could get more seats if you wanted with the suite but you have to pay extra for them? I double checked and we can get 14 more tickets for the executive suite and 5 more for the mini suite. I found that on line. I don't know how much more it will be. I'll call Julie back tomorrow for that info. Think we can get 28-42 people?
redwing77
I'd totally be up for that.... but I'm not sure if I'm going to be in ND next year. I may be moving back to Seattle. Actually, if I get my wish, I will be in Seattle. $$$ takes precedent over Sioux hockey unfortunately.

You could fly out Saturday morning, qualify for the Saturday stay over and fly out Sunday. I don't see a problem here bucko! Now pull yourself up by your boot straps, put your shoulder to the wheel, (can't think of anymore cliches) and make a committment to meet your fellow SS.com members for a great time next year. 82SiouxGuy
I'm game. I see most of the games from my seats in 306 and have watched women's games and WJC games from the lower bowl but haven't had a chance to sit in a suite. It sounds like fun, so count me in as long as I know ahead of time so that I can make sure that I don't have to work that night.

jimdahl
Sioux fan ejected A North Dakota fan at Friday's Pioneers-Fighting Sioux game at Magness Arena physically confronted Greg Paukovich, the father of hard-hitting DU sophomore center Geoff Paukovich. Arena security and two Denver police officers who were assigned to oversee the Paukovich family quickly escorted the fan off the premises. Nice, buddy, way to represent. AZSIOUX
just noticed this from the denver post http://www.denverpost.com/colleges/ci_3560195 Sioux fan ejected A North Dakota fan at Friday's Pioneers-Fighting Sioux game at Magness Arena physically confronted Greg Paukovich, the father of hard-hitting DU sophomore center Geoff Paukovich. Arena security and two Denver police officers who were assigned to oversee the Paukovich family quickly escorted the fan off the premises. "The (Bina) incident happened a year ago, and we've all moved on," said Geoff Paukovich, whose family has received threats from North Dakota fans since his illegal check on Robbie Bina last year broke the Sioux defenseman's neck. "I've paid my price and we all feel terrible about it, but it's unfortunate that it goes beyond the ice." Bina, a redshirt this season, was cleared last week to participate in full practices

siouxtatoo42
Well when you commit the crime it is easier to move on... that's still a pretty dumbass thing to do...it wasn't him that did it, it reflects badly on him, but he shouldn't have to pay the price for something that his son did....this "fan" should have been escorted out by other sioux fans at the game and had the s&!t kicked out of him for being a moron
