Boys exactly where we thought they'd be.  Turn the page on the three games you are supposed to win and now its the game many have circled as the opportunity for the program to take a step.

Their new NIL QB has performed pretty well for them and if we aren't assignment sharp he will add to his stats and they'll run away with it.

Loved Danny's play calling against Portland State.  Excited to see what he and Jerry do this week in Lincoln.  No predictions just yet.

So many unknowns are this point. I believe we’ll find out the ruling on Wiltshire & Scott. Status of Erkman & Kamara. All playing? None of them playing? Any update on Jy Martin?

We are not as tough up the middle on defense as we were last year, I think that's gonna make it tough to have a chance to win like we did at K State last year.

As we know the most obvious factor is going to come down to how our lines hold up against an upper level team, that and turnovers.

Danny has obviously kept lots of stuff unused in their playbook, but can a defense do the same thing - new blitz packages and coverges?

The playoff committee shared a few years ago that when it comes to playoff seeding an FCS vs FBS win helps a team, but a loss doesn't hurt a team (except anything can happen behind closed doors).

Bottom line is we know dang well this team is going down there with the mindset to win this game. Making the seven hour drive, weather looking fine.

Tarlton is a top FCS team and they squeaked out a 20-13 win over Bowling Green. Nebraska just beat Bowling Green 56-7. I felt a lot better about our chances before the season
