Rickwood out tonight with injury. Dalton Andrew in.

Ouch.  Forwards starting to drop like flies.
Glad we have a week off (other than exhibition) next week.  Heal some boys up.

Hope Homer has a solid game but I am worried that ASU will know how to beat him

Yeah, not an ideal situation for sure.
Plus we just lost a lot of "won" faceoffs with Rickwood out.

Agreed. Hoping it’s mostly just playing it safe and that Rickwood/Kernan will be ready to go for Bemidji series.

Yeah, could be a big problem, especially if we don’t stay out of the box.

Would it be ballsy to call a Dalton Andrew goal tonight?

Would be great if he and Klee both score, when was the last time, if ever, that all the forwards have scored before Christmas.  That’s a research job for Schlossman.

I have 10+ college hockey games on tonight on the espn app…hockey east, ecac, etc. Alabama vs NC State club hockey is on tonight. When is the NCHC going to grow up a bit and get big time?

Laurila should be in there

Wonder if it’s partially because of the gaffe he had last night that resulted in us taking a penalty. Not that I think young players should be punished for making mistakes, but with Rickwood out, having more experience and solid defending will be a big deal.

I'm a bit worried about starting Homer. Yeah, he's a great goaltender, but I can't help think that the ASU coaching staff knows his weaknesses and how to exploit them. Hope I'm wrong...
