UND @ Denver

Just wondering from people that go to the Denver games at Magness what the UND contingent of fans was like compared to other years?

Respectfully disagree. His good outweighs the bad right now. The other options are Monty who is a major liability on defense and then Komzak who is fair but can't kill plays as quickly as Emery. Emery isn't great once the puck is on his stick but he does well keeping players to the outside and killing plays. Duluth's freshman are getting hot right now and have really found their offense, so losing Emery even for one night isn't great.

And Monty might still be injured.
I'm guessing Komzak will be on 3rd pairing this weekend.

I was there Friday night and have been going to most of the Denver-UND games for 50 years. I thought there were far fewer fans than usual.  I think it had to do with DU not making single game tickets available til later in the season. And they were way more expensive than usual in the aftermarket.

Denver Gazette guy went full idiot mode in his journalism per @Goon's twitter.

Surprised I haven't seen anything in regards to the scrum on Saturday.  Yet, that would again mean actual journalism.

The guy who wrote the Friday recap wanted Jammer strung up by his thumbs for the hit on Buium.  He called it a slew foot and an attack from behind.  Apparently Zeev was just skating along minding his own business.
