Anyone heard of this group or know what it will mean for ticket sales? Is it more advertising and drumming up business or will the ticket processing be changing?

Be  nice if it could replace Ticketmaster and their ridiculous fees and also make it easier to transfer your tickets to someone without going thru the Ralph or Ticketmaster

So essentially tickets sales reps just like pro teams have.  If this company can tailor there efforts to a smaller market, it could be a success.  I have definitely appreciated my Twins ticket reps. will be interested to see how this plays out.
