They say Canady beat Ellsworth low stick side.

2nd goal was Fuher banking a puck off Porter.

3rd goal was after he committed on Zajac's fake and Z passed it over to Fuher for the goal.

Hak's postgame comments:

Lots of penalties killed; adjustments made by Berry worked well. Tech 0-9 on the PP, 17 total shots for the game.

Conner caught Jones and Greene in a miscommunication, each thought the other had him.

Big goal by Canady, big goal by dman jumping up into the play (Fuher).

Playing 11 forwards and 7 dmen (with Stafford out) made things difficult, only one line remained intact (McMahon's).

That's it, in a hurry to get on the bus, sounds like it might be snowing there.

Dogs win 3-1!

Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

This season is going to be a struggle if we keep taking penalties the way we are. Most penalized team in the league right here.

Just this to add for the Sioux tonight. With Murray and Stafford out, that means only Porter returns from last year's top two lines. Take out Parise, Bochenski, Lundbohm, Murray and Stafford and you don't have the powerhouse that dominated so many games last year. Graduation, early departures and injuries are part of the game for everyone, but this was a tough two points to get, and they got them. Congrats and get well.

Hopefully we can get 6or7 points in the next 2 series head into the x-mas break and get everybody healed up.I know we have Canisius and the under 18 team after Duluth but who gives a rats arse about those.Get everybody back for the stretch run and the SIOUX should be sittin real good for March.By then lets hope the gophers have cooled down considerably. :D

I agree, lets get er done next weekend against the UAA sea chickens and then go into duluth and get a point or two, hell even three or four if possible. UMD isn't very good right now and they did manage to lose to SCSU. I think top three is fine this season as winning the McNaughten has proved to be an anchor most season anyways.
