Empty building spaces need a very high tax rate to get people like who owns the mall to do something with it

Updating my phone at Verizon. Needed to show proof of ID (driver's license) to verify my account. 

Interesting that was needed for this but not for something more important....

last question....would the mall be ALL scheels or scheels would stay in their spot and scheels would own/run the rest of the mall with individiual tenants?

get on mint mobile....signup...then use the refferal codes for wife/kids/etc....

but yeah....show them id's (except when voting mr murkowski)
