The problem is, the referees are scared to make a call IMO and it takes them 10 minutes to make this call. They need to make the process faster, or at least make limits on the time you have to make the call. If it was a goal, SCSU lost all their momentum. Replay is only as good as the official running the machine. They screwed up the first call (it should have counted) and it took them 10 minutes to figure out an obvious post-crossbar shot that never went in. Go figure.
