shamus Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Everyone needs to relax, IMO and by that I'm talking about this board. I thought they showed some good stuff in that period. Created some good scoring opps. and the defense looks better than last night so lets just chill and see what happens. Maybe it was good for them to take a loss like that last night this early in the season...wake up call. Quote

Siouxtimestwo Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Is it me or is ss.com getting a lot less traffic than last year? Maybe it's because you're not really allowed to have an opinion anymore. Members are just supposed to be robots who only care about games played after Christmas. Quote
wickedsiouxfan Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 It would be nice to hear updates of the gameplay instead of all the negative stuff of how bad the Sioux are going to be this year. Can't win every game. Quote
dmksioux Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 2-1 Umass Thanks...I was fearing we had given up five goals the way a few of the posts were written. Quote
BudLight Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 That was a funny little conversation about the Lamoureux boys and how they both changed their names. (Mario changed pronunciation, and Phil went from Phillippe to Jean-Phillipe.) Silly announcers Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Boarding on Finley. Penalty Kill time Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Sounds like there was some decent shorthanded pressure to start the PK. Quote
sioux7>5 Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Does anyone know what the ice size is at this event Quote
yzerman19 Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 To all of the Polly Annas out there, THIS WEEKEND WILL MEAN A TON IN MARCH! 0-2 vs Hockey East will kill us in the PWR. SO, not only is it disappointing, but also it puts us in trouble for the post season Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Does anyone know what the ice size is at this event 90' x 200' So it's a bit wider than NHL, but not quite olympic/international. Quote
siouxweet Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 Really? Game two!? If anybody seems to forget last season, just about every series before Christmas on the road the Sioux lost on Friday, won on Saturday. Series' at home they won on Friday, lost on Saturday. Are you seriously making these comments on day two? yeah but we played well on day 2. Quote

yzerman19 Posted October 11, 2008 Posted October 11, 2008 0-2 vs HE is like failing a test to start a semester. You might have two more tests, but even if you get A's on both of them, you still get a B- for the semester Quote
