Sioux_Hab-it Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 Drew Stafford played with the big club tonight and made a beautiful pass to Daniel Briere for the game winning goal in OT. Buffalo over New York 4-3. The highlight from the game featured Kevin Weeks robbing Stafford of a sure goal. Quote

Siouxdonyms Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 David Hale sent down to Lowell today. He's been practicing with the team, but hasn't played any regular season games. I'm assuming this is to get him back in to game shape. It also may be because the current defenseman are playing decent for the most part, but let's hope David makes it back to New Jersery very quickly. Quote
PCM Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 I'm not sure but i thought they interviewed Rory at the Denver series in Denver last year and they said he was living in the Denver area working. I could be wrong though. I believe that was Brian Canady, not Rory McMahon. Quote

GeauxSioux Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Voting Opens for Pirates Hall of Fame Presented by UnumProvident Someone from back in my college days. Good luck Chris. Chris Jensen - (1993-95) GP 123, G 68, A 70, PTS 138 Chris Jensen brought his veteran leadership, his imposing slap shot and superior passing skills to the inaugural Pirates season and was instrumental in the team's Calder Cup win by scoring 16 points in 16 playoff games. In that year Jensen was 4th on the team in scoring with 61 points and in the following year was 3rd on the team in scoring with 77 points. Jensen left the Pirates with an astounding 1.12 points per game average, became 7th on the all-time goals scored list and 12th on the most points list for the Pirates. He was selected 78th overall by the New York Rangers in the 1982 Entry Draft before accepting a scholarship to the University of North Dakota. Jensen played in the NHL for six seasons with the New York Rangers and the Philadelphia Flyers and played in a total of 74 NHL games with 21 points. Quote
