AZSIOUX
so just like any other player that is healthy on that list not really. only a few guys are really capable of being healthy scratches as the lineups are 95% set for every game with a few exceptions. my bad on hale. he has only missed 1 game due to healthy scratch. so far so good for him in phoenix but tonight he is a healthy scratch

Goon
for all the gopher fans lurking, I'm going to say that, thus far, I can't believe how well Wheeler is doing at the NHL level. He was ok at juniors and in college, but not #5 overall good. I don't know if those expectations will truly be met, but at this pace, he'll make the Young Stars game I'm sure. Utterly shocked especially since their coach is a task master. Apparently Wheeler has a good work ethic.

31-9
I know we have that whole thread on music played at the Ralph. Well, apparently the Devils have some music issues in the locker room (maybe that's the reason they can't score?) Link Parise has usurped Danius Zubrus and is now in charge of the pre-game pump up music. "It's tough to keep the room happy," said Parise, whose iPod has Pearl Jam, Breaking Benjamin and others. "But we're going out to play a game and Katy Perry comes on. That doesn't really get me fired up. And 'Are We Human?' That's not going to be on my playlist. Next thing you know we're going to have 'I Kissed A Girl.'"

AZSIOUX
JPL article great for phil so far. hes leading tghe league in wins, shutouts and minutes. nice!! "I believe in myself. I think I can play in the NHL in 2-3 years, if given the opportunity. I've been competing against the best NHL prospects for the last four years in practice at UND. I know what's out there. It's just a matter of an organization giving an unsigned guy a shot. I'll make it to the NHL, one way or the other." Apparently Wilson is feeling the heat already and is trying to send messages. Blake hadn't been benched in 9 years. Ouch. I wonder if the Wild would trade for him in a package deal for Gabby? The Wild need some offense.

Gabby isn't worth that much on the shelf but it would be cool to see Blake in a red and green uniform.
