southpaw
bochenski picks up a goal five minutes into his first game with the bruins. if they run their system anything like chicago, he should get sent down to the ahl sometime during the third period. Siouxmama
They had a good interview with Bo tonight after the game. They talked about him not clicking with the Chicago organization. He came right out and said he wasnt a good fit there, and he felt he didnt have a chance to show what he could do with the bouncing from AHL to NHL. He is happy to be with the Bruins. From his performance tonight, it shows. GO BO !!
31-9
Zach was interviewed on the most recent episode of This Week in Hockey His interview begins at the 29:19 mark . . . and it's really not worth the effort as the interview is pretty short so here's a recap. Q: Realistically, how much do you talk hockey with your father? ZP: Quite a bit, actually. Q: What do you talk about? ZP: We talk about how things are going at the time. Most of the time he can relate to what's going on. Q: Name one thing he taught you. ZP: Probably shoot where the goalie isn't. That's the best one I can give you. Q: Describe your chemistry with Zajac. ZP: Yeah, I don't know, it just seems like when we play with each other we find each other, and I think we support each other really well in the corners and throughout the ice, and most importantly I think we both enjoy playing together and we have fun on the ice. I think that's something you forget sometimes, just to have fun. Q: You're pals on the ice, are you pals off the ice? ZP: Yeah, we're pretty good buddies off the ice too, so I think that helps even more. It's kinda tough if you didn't get along with somebody. Q: Who's funnier, you or him? ZP: Uhh, who do you think? Q: I don't think he's funny; I think he's very serious. ZP: I think we both have a pretty dry sense of humor, so I think in that fact we get along pretty well. I thought he was from Bloomington and not Minny?
Goon
He's the Bruins only offense tonight! Meanwhile, Denis Savard is beating himself in the head! I am thinking he might stick with the club eh? How the heck do the B's give up 4 goals in the second period. I guess I could watch the game I have taped in the basement, but I am not sure I can stomach the whole thing. Bo is money. WiSioux
I'm not 100% sure what he's up to because I can't read the website... but it appears as though Spriko has played in 48 games 10 goals 20 assists 30 points 16 PIM Spirko The stats are on the right side of the page... I'm sure there is probably more info about what he's up to in there somewhere, it's just a matter of finding it. I have also found what appears to be a roster, including a picture. Roster?
