Oxbow6 Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 That's kind of what I was thinking while watching that period. Princeton skaters seem to outnumber us in the zone and get open looks at the net way too often. On the other hand, we are still up 2-0. BTW, I'm loving the Rubik's cube intermission analysis! What $200,000 and and Ivy education will get you! Quote
Fetch Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Give Dunc that much net & your in BIG Trouble Quote

KSSIOUXFAN Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Well, feeling pretty fortunate to be ahead at this point. Princeton pretty much taking the play to the Sioux at this point. Hopefully the boys can come out in the 3rd and finish this off. If we manage to get out of this one with a win, we better get it together quickly or we'll be celebrating our last win of the year. OhioSiouxFan Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Can they interview any more princton former players, ADs, parents, etc?! Quote
SiouxScore! Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 On the power play the Sioux look average. 5 on 5 They look like a bantam b team. Without JPL we're playing catch-up. Unhook the plow and move your feet. Hopefully Hak is peeling the paint off the walls in the locker room, something he shouldn't have to do this time of year. Quote
farce poobah Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 What $200,000 and and Ivy education will get you! Money can't save them today. Quote

When they could have been in the stands interviewing Fighting Sioux fans! Inteview with a Tiger's dad - final statement, "We've got 'em right where we want 'em!" LOL Ya sure, They just gave us those two goals to make us overconfident! Or maybe... Quote

jk Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Haven't read the thread, but the better team is losing right now. Sioux have to get the puck deep and force turnovers. If they sit back and play defense, they will eventually crumble. Eidsness is going to have a tough time filling those little tiny skates of Phil's. Quote
Smoggy Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Intoxicated Bob says that the refs haven't been helping Princeton during the highlight analysis on ESPNU. Quote

I too am quite surprised how flat we are playing today. The boys bypass the NHL to win a championship, get to tournament time, and this is the most they can muster. Quote

fightingsioux4life Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 The TV production looks and sounds like the PBN (Princeton Broadcasting Network). Oh well, we are used to that crap anyway. This team had better wake up and start moving their feet. If this was Denver or Wisconsin, the season would be over. If we hold on and get to play tomorrow and play like this, the season will be over. Quote
