SU should probably fire their strength coach for allowing DeLuca's shoulder to get hurt. C'mon guys, let's get real. Players are bigger, stronger, and faster than ever. You step on the field and each play could be your last. Players and coaches know that, fans have to accept that.

Ya, not quite the ML I soaked up against Cal Poly at home.........going to lay off it.

We have seen flashed but the "Tree Wiseman" WR package will give teams trouble the rest of the year. They got a big shot of confidence from this game. Hats off to them and Mr. Fruend. Loved the inside yards from Norberg!!

Homecoming is best case scenario-

What do you like on your crow? That run attack was deadly for Cal Poly. What a horrible match up. Game should not have been close.☺☺

Do you know the history of our 3-4 defense and why we implemented it and have ran since the 80's? Save your breath, it was to stop the triple option.

I was told Zack Williams could of played as a true Fresh. that's how much that hurt us, too.

The Quality Loss is an instant classic. I doubt it ever dies with the characters around here.

If I were OC I'd do these 4 things with Santiago this week to go along with 15 carries in backfield- 1.) Wheel route from 2 back set. A lot of teams on Saturday run this with a lot of success. 2.) 2 jet sweeps 3.) Fake jet sweep right, fake zone left, set up screen right 4.) Wes Welker him a bit with the underneath and out of backfield 4-5 plays, have a slant-and-go or seem route worked in for a deep shot OK, that was fun day dreaming for a while, back to the grind-

Fumble on 3rd play of the game with ball in wrong hand Other plays carried the ball in wrong hand He wasn't in the flow - trying to bounce too much, create plays that were note there, looked out of sorts Brady was in the zone, looked very good, riding the hot back It's not a big deal, he'll get things corrected and have some big games this year

Great stuff, looks like a stud. Big, strong, athletic.

Half Nelson on Tiovenen on 3rd down......pretty sure that is called in Junior High-

All things considered today, UND looked like a better team than MSU. We had issues all over the place but MSU is going nowhere this year with their QB situation and lack of speed on offense. I feel UND has a shot at being a playoff team although we didn't play like one today. Without Georges the challenge for the O definitely got harder. I will of course take the win and look forward to Cal Poly. A big shout out to the MSU RB Newell......that's one tough customer to play after his leg injury.

Still waiting for a flag on us.........after Arnell's pick.............

He is done, too bad. Good luck to the kid.

Ugh, dropping picks, penalties, dropping TDS, missing FGs, leaving doubt-

Sounds like you missed your birdie on 18 -

Talent wise we are similar to Idaho. (Idaho by the way is no world beater, was smoked by Washington State by 50) Idaho held MSU to 105 rush yards for a 2.8 yard average. (insert Rudolph joke here) Advantage F'n Hawks as our run D is better than Idahos. With our improved secondary, please be healthy Reyes, we shouldn't be a total push over against their pass game, either. Idaho rushed for 225 yards, 6.4 yard average against MSU. Bryant only ran for 84 yards, but passed for 368. Seems to me we should be able to move the ball. What success will the B-cats have passing is the key to this game. 2 picks by us and the cats are toast. 300 yards in the air and we are toast. Roll Tribe 31 - 18 good guys.

Kinda fair....the pass play was right away, was exciting, showed how effective it could be. We had to wait around all game long......and into overtime before the 25 yard run. So for the entire game in regulation, running the ball was 3.73 average. That's why I looked at it that way.
