A Weber beat writer could argue Weber took it to us last year. 1st downs Weber - 16, UND - 12 Total yards Weber - 286, UND - 212 Santiago returns opening kick off for TD, Reyes has some sick pics, Weber knocks out Studsrud with shoulder injury. (main story lines) Weber had 4 turnovers, UND - 0, which was the difference in the game. (29-17 final)

Everyone, contact you nearest BWW manager. They put the Stoneybrook game on for me last year with audio and that was just a live stream. Shouldn't be an issue, get 15-20 guys together and guarantee BWW you will be eating and drinking for 4-5 hours, done deal.
-
Height at RB is far less critical than at LB in today's NFL. So maybe a year too soon for talk about Santiago but I think he'll get a fairer shake than Ratelle did. Running back, 3rd down back, return guy, slot guy.......you can name many many guys around Santiago's size in the league. If you can make people miss, you can make people miss. Santiago is slippery and strong at the FCS level, if he's slippery and strong at the NFL level, he plays.

I assume that is not hand held? = to 10.6 hand held?? It's been a while, can anyone explain the times now-a-days?
-
When Zimmerman signed the Herald said 3 years. He will be a sophomore this season...... That leaves us at 2018 with 3 junior QBs except my crystal ball says Heidlbaugh moves to WR or TE depending on his size and speed. My hunch is Ketteringham isn't brought in unless he projects out as the 2018 starter, but maybe I put too much thought into that, best to see how things play out.

Work-in-progress. Rodgers always played along O'Brien or Bakker last year, who made the calls.
-
1 of the 2 inside backers has to make the calls for the front 7, and the correct calls is helpful. Although he's played Outside up until spring, Jake is the guy the staff is most comfortable with making the correct calls and checks. (O'Brien was that guy) I see Noah Larson playing along side someone like Jake, but it's a huge ask of a true freshman to not only be physically ready to play, which N. Larson is, but also be mentally ready without slowing down his play. All you are asking for is a DeLuca type player.......which would be a dream scenario. I wonder if N. Larson is heading to GF early? I am guessing he is.

Best substance since snake oil........ I had Poole as my #5 outside behind Lawrence , Haas, Palmberg, Turner. Athletically Poole is an explosive guy, definitely could have been a good player. But when being a dumbass is more important than football and family (teammates) see ya Cheech.

You guys got me all wrong.......tall corn on the outside rows, marijuana in the middle row, of course!!

EZ!!! I am not talking as a college athlete, but as a washed up father of soon to be 4. I think I can handle a beer and tilling up the garden this evening. (not by choice) I don't think my performance will be hampered too bad.
-
I agree, if it were legal.
-
Well said, purely anecdotal and glorified from the guys who smoke marijuana. No wonder RB's and WR's in the NFL only have the lung capacity to make one long play then have to tap themselves out. That's why I drink beer, cause it's good for my heart. (I guess there is actual science that supports that however.)

That's the key item for me, culture. Legalize it, don't legalize it, harmful, not harmful, I don't care about the debate. My problem with pot- Guys plan their lives around it, sacrificing time, nutrition, resources, and hang out with their pot crew and seclude themselves. That's a really crappy foundation to build a championship culture.
-
Intent to distribute, I guess the full cost of attendance just isn't enough for some. We might have to quit treating pot as an herbal supplement. I remember Clive getting treated with kid gloves, bad precedent.
-
Small forward?? Basketball-

Weird drinking laws in Utah (weird curtains, weak beer, no double shots), you have to buy a membership in order to drink and some places won't pour the hard stuff in your drink, you get a side cart and then your regular drink and mix yourself. And it's pretty easy to get kicked out of strip joints there. It was all pretty confusing, but a good time none the less!!

Hips and balls skills........... but looking for him to make plays on special teams. And this isn't a rip on the kid, but a player has to be uber talented at corner at this level.
-
I am not worried about the corner opposite of Harris. You will see Hunt and Holm 2.0 this season. Carter can play too, injuries have plagued him. But his injuries have been upper body so his feet, speed, agility are not a concern. I am a little worried about safety #2 thru #4........
-
It'd be sweet to get someone that played the position at a high level. Although not always the case, often times that experience is invaluable at the position coach level. Can't wait to see who we come up with-
-
That will happen with an imbalance of scholarships in favor of the offense along with scud missle recruiting.
-
Had to be real subtle on this one, didn't think it would come out this soon, but ya, this is huge. I assume Baukol will have the entire summer with him. Grady Train, Minot State, wasn't buying it and my sources came thru a few days ago.

The Red River Rivalry exists, between Texas and OU. Might want to avoid being too close to that. A Fighting Hawk over Bison dung is a good look though. I am for playing for the Nickel, which will probably bring about paid protesters, so let's create something new, for sure. Something less stupid than a mile mark, which is pretty much anything so it won't be hard to top that.
-
It's all about perspective. This isn't an O-Line or team that's going to get their tits lit by 50 points by Montana or Eastern like in the dark days. My read, the 'concern' is can this unit bring us through a deep play-off run. And that is questionable, but is a better concern to have than can this O-Line even win us a game.

Not D-line, my bad, a safety Marcus Williams declared early for the draft. Thanks for the research.
