That page fell out of the notebook. It's fun watching teams when they have success off a play one week, then the next week a team scouts it......but the offensive coordinator is a step ahead and runs the "next" phase of the playbook using the previous play as a decoy. Rarely have I seen that at UND, like power ball odds type rare.

We need to lose this F'n punt formation!!

If the team is satisfied with Section Runner-up Shirts that's fine. I guess times are just different. As far as 2019 recruiting, you've had a good eye.

I can buy this. Dricksen plays with a ton of confidence, too!! I was impressed with Willmar's offensive line, too. Back to Dricksen......he has a six sense on the field and for being a little thin, always fell forward for more yards, so strong. He will fill out nicely and not worried about his throwing motion. (a good QB coach could tighten that up, so I guess a little worried about that) I was hoping to see more from DL offensively but it seems like their offensive scheme is limited to running up the middle, never tested the outside, passing game is elementary. Play calling was suspect, too!! How Willmar managed 9 in the box was impressive. The counter part to Dricksen is a big kid, too, the DL QB but I am afraid the offense and limited coaching will not do him any favors, he better get to some camps this summer and sell himself, because handing off 45 of 50 plays makes for a short HUDL film!! On the MN concussion protocol, you have to tell kids to sit down for 5 minutes and don't dare say anything about your head or ears ringing!! The DE for Detroit Lakes, the lone guy that could have made a difference, 240 lb DE that is freakishly strong, was held out because he only was 4 days cleared on his concussion test, not 5 days. He complained for 2 seconds that his ears were ringing and his helmet was yanked.......can't do that leading into the section final. Willmar had a rabbit foot up their a_s, too. They converted 3rd and 18 on their 1st drive on a diving catch, recovered both of their fumbles in 1st half and scored all 3 times on those drives. Then DL fumbles the opening kick-off. Between DL and UND, it was a devastating weekend, not sure how long it will take me to recover!! DL had a lot of Jrs this year. If their RB, Isaiah, cuts his 40- time by a 10th or 2, I think he can play FCS, too. Then, as mentioned, the QB has potential, which one would gather when both parents are all american athletes in college and father threw mid 90's in the minor leagues......but I am not overly optimistic he gets exposure in that limited system. Rudy could teach them a toss play to the outside, that would help....... Then more than 2 pass plays during the year, would also be helpful.

20-19 Good Guys- This game scares me a bit!!
-
I see we caught the seating capacity at the same time......these are can't miss trips!!
-
A few UND fans were selling tickets at the pregame party, but not many. (if you wanted to gamble on getting a ticket) Anyway, it looks like the mark is 17,113 for Ice Hockey in Nashville. Bridgestone Arena has a seating capacity of 17,113 for ice hockey, 19,395 for basketball, 10,000 for half-house concerts, 18,500 for end-stage concerts and 20,000 for center-stage concerts, depending on the configuration used.

Yes. Playoffs just started for UND. 90% confident we are in at 8-3. Any loss and the season is done, so don't get any 7-4 hopes up.
-
Watched UND FB from pool side cabana, definitely a new one for me. I am being lazy and I am sure you guys caught it but most suprising to me was our D Line was manhandled, nothing works for the D when that happens.

Way too tired and hung over to give too much analysis, but I think folks would be surprised how many SU football fans support UND hockey. They were all over the place-

I can't wait for the Bison FB jersey in Vegas, but at the end of the day $ is still green I guess.

NDSU lucks out and has an away game when 1/3 of their fans will be in Vegas for UND Hockey.......

Someone at WR is going to get a chance to shine. Anyone recall UND vrs E. Washington? Stetson Carr out of no where, gets a chance, plays his a_s off, and has 8 receptions for 117 yards. He looked good.......in his last game of his college career.

Yes we were, reporters couldn't type fast enough about us.
-
I am buying it.......the pollsters are low information voters based on a few high profile exposures.
-
This doesn't help........being seeded in 2016 and losing in the 1st round.
-
If you are a darling of the polls, which we currently are not. Weber played JMU tough last season, that is what the pollsters know. They beat E. Washington this year, the pollsters have heard of E Washington, big deal. When we beat Weber, I bet Weber is still ranked ahead of us.
-
I don't think so. That means we drop 2 of 3 to end the year, not good. We are barely in the top 24 tournament right now. I am almost guaranteeing 7-4 is a play-off snub. I think we need to beat Weber and then could afford one slip to make it in at 8-3. If we lose to Weber and win out, that 8-3 puts us on the bubble, depending on the quality of the home loss to Weber. Win out and I don't think we can climb into a seed, top 8, we just are not a darling of the pollsters....unless we beat Weber by 2 TDs, then maybe some pollsters will fall in love with us again, like 2016 when we were probably ranked too high and seeded.

When Sac St was sucking sh-t.
-
Yes!! The 1st half, when we were sucking sh-t. 3rd quarter had to switch to Pluto on phone. Missed the 90 yard run, switched to radio by then.

Football student section has about 200 hardcore fans that appreciate a football game on the 50 yard line. At the hockey game last night, student section was totally lame. I will sum up their lameness. 1. They correct the announcer when he says Hawks, most yell Sioux. (Millennials do have a hard time with reality) (Best to get the hot chocolate and coloring books out in the grieving rooms, time to move on) 2. Students tell the other players they suck sh-t when announced, which could be the dumbest thing you have ever heard. One of those players, Shane McMahon for Mankato, a Fargo Force player 2 years ago, spent some time at my house. I witnessed him several times eating real food and drinking drinks. No sh-t was sucked, and I did have dog sh-t in the yard. I saw Shane after the game, he took a photo with my kids. I tried smelling his breath for evidence of sh-t sucking, none detected. 3. They tell the opposing goalie he is a sieve for letting in a goal. (How original) 4. They wipe their hands back and forth, lean right and left during "In Heaven Their is No Beer" (Wow!!) I like the song, but the sway along gets a 2 out of 10. 5. Overall intensity.....not good. 3 out of 10. 6. Student soberness, not good, way too sober!! Thanks administration!!

Any Maag sightings?

I am being forced to watch a winless hockey program at 7:00. FB is at 8:00, does suite level have Midco? If not, does Ralph have WIFI for the Pluto option on my phone? Thanks if anyone knows!!
