Grand forks needs to keep developing, find ways to finance things drive through Fargo on 29 and 94 and it’s miles of business, motels, restaurants and health care I guess GF is North Dakota conservative and Fargo takes a chance West Fargo is getting between 400 and 600 new students per year, next year is estimated at about 525 is it leadership ? By the time GF gets a new 1 29 on/off ramp Fargo will have 6 new ones
