Coaches appear to have made the right choice starting Kett, let's give them some credit.

If he gets sacked 5 times again today, when Zimmerman and Schuster are getting sacked about once a game, then it’s on Kett. He has to show something today. He has to come out and play like it might be the last game he ever starts or plays in, because it might be.

I used to have hope we'd win these types of games, like i had hope we'd beat EWU last week. I mean I still really hope we do and I'll be rooting hard.....but have to go with what will most likely happen. UCD 34 UND 24

The Weber coach was hired either the same year as Bubba, or a year before or after I think. Weber was a doormat, I believe they lost their first 8 or so games of their coaches first year, and guess who his first win came against.......Bubba. Weber has now been a perennial top 5-10 team the past few years, we have one playoff appearance. Hauck at Montana is in his second year, just rolled Davis at their place. We'll see how Bubba does against Davis, hardly doubt we win by 25.

Move both the fans and the team to the other side so the home crowd and the team are always in the background when on TV. There is probably some reasoning as to why the team and fans are on the side they are now, but seems like it's something that should be considered. Would certainly give a much better look from a TV perspective. And I'm in full agreement with moving the students over at least one section. The hardcore students will make sure they get inside somewhat early and still have pretty good seats on what, the 30-35 yard line? Those are still pretty good seats!

Games also weren't on tv back then....easy to stay home and watch the game on tv now, wasn't an option then. Memorial Stadium was much easier to get to as well. Sounds like there are shuttles from campus to the Alerus, but back in the day it was pretty easy to just walk to the stadium whenever you wanted to go. There could definitely be better presentation/in game experience by the Alerus, but bottom line you need to win more and not crap the bed in every big home game when we feel like we are actually gaining momentum.

After UC played NDSU so tough, thought this game would be very slim chance of winning. Now Montana puts up 40 on them at their place, so why can't we put up 35-40 at home. Although NDSU only put up around 27. But we can't do jack against a poor EWU defense. I'm as completely confused as to what the hell to expect this week as I ever have been. That is why for the most part I stopped putting anything in the weekly predictions, I really have no idea in hell what is going to happen from week to week with this team. I so thought that things were primed right for us to beat EWU, but I just couldn't put the prediction of us winning down based upon our track record with them. I don't think Bubba is going to be able to lead us to where we want our program to be, that said I'm not giving up on this year yet and i still want to win now and win a playoff game this year!

My guess is they will chalk Kett's performance up to being rusty from being off and he will get the start. I think we should start Tommy with a full week of him getting reps and see how it goes. We will likely lose next week anyway, let's see how Tommy does. Lot of season left, I'm not giving up on the season yet. Davis is obviously beatable, would be a nice bounce back if we could pull that off.
