I agree BUT Bubba will have some input/review. Of course something will need to be cut. If we start now, Bubba will have some $$ behind him when requesting. Also, the FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) fund always get shorted at the end. I trust Bubba to do what is right. I would also be interested, this early, in a multi-year pledge. This is quite common in fundraising…like a 3 year pledge.

It will be a regulatory nightmare…making COVID look like Pollyanna….IMHO

Ok…so when I met Bubba’s parents and heard they were from Zeeland. I said there was someone from our home town. Her mother was my bridge partner. I knew her first name but not her married name. She married someone with a very large farm. They have 2 sons about 2 and 4. The first baby was a vacuum delivery and the second a C-Section. Both of his parents said Oh… and knew the names! Don’t you love small towns.

Well NCAA has recommended unvaccinated student athletes wear masks, get weekly COVID tests, and be quarantined if exposed to the virus. Vaccinated student athletes will not be tested. They also can remain in practice with masks for up to 14 days and not be quarantined. Unvaccinated individuals need to mask and practice social distancing in all situations except practice and competition. Everyone needs to mask for travel snd indoor settings. Can not quite get a vision on the practical application of all of this….. just saying!

Don’t even go there…. I made a decision this morning in church after “we will see what the future holds with this delta variant.” I will not be denied worshiping in a pew again. I will attend any church, and drive, that has in person worship if it comes to that. If tickets are on sale and purchased… how do they decide who gets to see the games in person?
