Information in the media about a players union or college football players association.... would invoke the states at public colleges, bargain for rights to sponsorship compensation, etc., etc. sounds like transitioning to pro sports to me....a whole season with nothing to do.

It doesn’t. Best to ignore this.... if it is dog doo doo on a sidewalk, you have a choice. Walk around it or step in it and spread it. I will miss football this fall....

I like this idea..... worth the drive. Fall looks more and more dismal.

Well my source on google said what I printed and actually, the main reason I looked it up.... being a product of the 70s and a nurse.... back then “the drip” was a term for men with a STD.....

Google says “drip by drip, with commitment” so giving a consistent effort... some times used in fundraising or financial commitments. Sounds like a good term for the team...... I find myself looking up phrases quiet regularly. Hope we have a season

The MN State High School League just moved football and volleyball to spring... football March to May (how do you play on a frozen field?). What does this do to recruiting?

I hope I CAN watch. I could do a cardboard poster like gundy1124. Life will not be insynch if there is no fall football.

I am jig saw puzzled out. I will watch reruns of college games. This is not good... by any stretch of the imagination. And MN’s Gov. Walz just extended his emergency powers another 30 days. So ready to be over this.

Well, I plan to attend games... my choice. Will I wear a mask? Maybe, depends how much beer and pop corn I think I need. I am also going to our communities’ softball tourney this weekend and Sunday’s baseball game. My choice. If you are afraid of the virus, stay home. Your choice. GO UND.

Ditto for my relatives. I want to watch a game. If you want to make a statement, buy a keg and have a party. All of these issues would seem to distract players from their focus on the game. Some college teams do not take the field until after the National Anthem. No opportunity to distract the players... good idea, IMHO. Go UND.

It is an auto correct.... I did not grow up with this new stuff... it should be bath water!!! Thanks... just a little drama tonight. I got the GO UND right and that’s what counts.

I admire student athletes so much... so many times they have been awesome role models for my children starting with t-ball coaches. I know I am old but personal integrity is still important. I hope we don’t end up throwing the baby out with the cat heater over all of this....GO UND!!!

I have the disposable income but...no way do I plan to go to Minneapolis after they defunded their police department....no way. And many others feel the same way. The whole picture here from 10,000 feet up has totally changed. I hope college athletics survives and prospers. Go UND.

So...morning paper says the NCAA has approved July 24 meetings and walk throughs with practices starting August 7 for September 3 or 5games. Has UND announced anything yet?

When do season tickets go on sale? As far as COVID-19, I will see a UND mask!

Well MN is a terrible mess.... but in the midst of riots and looting and the National Guard (thank God), our Gov. Walz has stated he may entertain letting the Vikings play in the US Bank Stadium... to an empty stadium. Hope the NCAA has common sense since MN has not had the predicted 79,000 deaths.
