Gonna be a long night if we just let the gophers pass the puck around and we don’t hit them.

Anything less than a sweep will be devistating for our pairwise assuming the gophers stay on their current trajectory.

I would say that Sandy got it handed to him tonight by Berry coaching wise.

Lose by 2 or 10 makes no difference. Berry at least didn't give up. We have the pieces to beat Duluth but played like crap and our top player was out and we still hung around. I take that away from last night as one of the only positives.

I want to see the heavy line really get on the forecheck tonight as we made things way too easy for them last night. As far as the diving it is something Sandy is obviously ok with and seems to encourage imo.

The team was totally lost without Sanderson like a hive without it's queen. I have been talking about how we have good depth but last night was just awful in so many ways. Definitely not the same team that took care of DU handily two weekends ago.

How can a coach with any self respect allow his players to dive. That is panzy at best. And coming from a former Sioux player.

I disagree. We don't have a CBS line but from top to bottom I believe we are one of the deepest teams at UND in some time. We will see in due time I guess.

This is one of the deepest teams we have had in a long time and possibly the best D corps or one of the best D corps we've ever had. This team is loaded with talent.

I think we are deeper than Duluth. If Jammer line can play as well against Duluth's top line as they did against Denver's it will force Sandy to split them up like Denver tried to. I see Jammer line making life miserable for Cates and our depth will prove too much. Our D is also going to be a handful for Duluth especially if Sanderson does his Curly Neal act on them.

Kleven gets called for hitting too hard pretty often. These clean hard hits like he puts on will make him shine in the pro game.

Is it politically correct to call Caponey a junior enforcer or maybe enforcer light.

I thought Sanderson had a good game also. Caponey was lucky Kleven didn’t overhaul him at the end of the game.

I really like Hain, Senden and Kunitz line. Gonna do some bruising on other team top line. That is where Senden and the other two are best used and Kunz gives good puck ragging down low in opponents zone. Love this line already.

I liked Cary Eades over Hak when Hak was hired but I like Berry. He needs to crack the whip more I feel but he is a good coach imo. Berry regardless if it was a Hak recruited team got them over the hump in his first year. Heck Blais who is an Icon only won one more natty than Berry.

Maybe we could bring in a midseason transfer ala what Gino told his goaltenders he would do the year before Eddie Belfour came in to get them motivated.

i am just saying it gets tiring hearing we always get evertone's best. Penn St i didn't think played very well at all. We just can't score and we have a leaky goaltender right now. Driscoll is not a bad goalie and I think he will prove that but a ride on the pine might get his game back together because we are gonna need him if this ship ever gets righted.

So what's the answer take up a collection to get Hak back? Just kidding i think Berry is ok but he needs to take on the role of strict disciplinarian now and make this team understand this is not acceptable. A little skate anyone.
