We will need to keep winning to get the #1 overall seed because the committee approach to picking teams and ranking for the national tournament leaves a lot of room for bias (eastern?).

In our 2016 run last change was a huge deal against Michigan's CCM line and was also huge against Denver's Pacific Rim line. We were able to match up Sendin, Smith and Johnson on them for most of the game and mostly shut them down. Depending on who we play in the tourney line matching and what D to send out to match up will be huge. Always is.

My Thinking on this is that Scheel in my opinion is the better goalie but he has yet to prove himself in the National Tourney. I harken back to a discussion I watched on the NHL network between I don't remember who the talking heads were but the discussion was about who was better Jonathan Toews or John Tavaris. The discussion ended in agreement that Toews was the better center because he had won several championships and both agreed that Tavaris name should not be compared to Toews until he won a ring. That is how my thinking leans in the discussion between Cam Johnson and Adam Scheel.

Until Scheel wins an NCAA banner gotta go with Johnson.

Yes I suppose on paper but in actuality everyone is still clustered in groups not socially distancing. I can see why Bochenski is frustrated. Bochenski has had to deal with trying to juggle people's safety with economic impact for over a year now and I think has done a good job but I can see how he would be frustrated when the Fargo Dome is allowing 50% capacity.

I agree that the Ralph could follow the Fargo Dome's lead and have 50% capacity attendance. It is a silly set up having to subsidize the Ralph when both parties are leaving money on the table. I'm a huge purveyor of covid safety but I think at 50% capacity and everyone wears masks I think it could be done safely. That's also 3,000 more people spending money in Grand Forks. Unless the 3,000 attendance cap is a UND policy.

When I started going to Sioux games back in high school Gino never had this problem. Archie would go out to center ice and overhaul whoever was acting up on the opposing team.

I think it is pretty clear that this cheap stuff like the slash to Jamernik is not going to end when the penalty isn't called and these scraps at the ends of games are also not going to end. The schedule like it is is not helping this season either. I honestly don't know what the answer is but the current enforcement system just isn't working to stop this stuff from happening.

I guess I would answer this with a second question. How should a schoolyard bully be dealt with?
