AZ, I'm bringing the family down for Squirt's baseball tourney in Chandler. I guess my question is: "do you know if RT's has internet access for any of their monitors?" in case nobody picks up the ESPN360 link. Whereas my first choice is to watch the game live and my second is to watch it at a bar full of rabid Sioux fans, I am bringing connections for my laptop to fit on the TV, I have a USB-optical, USB-HDMI and 9 pin to 9 pin anticipating any and all possible hookup options the resort TV may offer. I suppose you could all come there!

With this precidence, I suppose in future years when some of us give our "cowboy up, the season isn't over" posts and we do indeed finish poorly, someone will take me to task. I've coached for too long to be anything but positive when my team is down, and I'll not apologize for that.

From my vantage in section 103 it looked like 3/4ths! But now we are quibbling. The fans owned the Xcel just like the our team owned the ice. Squirt and I had so much fun with the few remaining Gopher fans. Has someone started that topic yet? Wonderful display of grit and determination by the Men in Black. Down by two, and never slowed down one iota. Great game. Go Sioux!

A gopher win will help us in the COP comparison against the Badgers, but not enough to flip it. It might be just enough to keep the gophers as a TUC even after we sweep them. Can we recieve special dispensation to cheer for the gophers just for today? Or is that still right out.

Maybe I'm missing something but I have had all FSSN hockey games (home games) on my DirecTv sports pack channels 617 or 623. All the games.

This kind of has to do with the Duluth game since both games had goals scored at the end of regulation with only one goalie on the ice. When the Gophers used to be one of the better teams (all those long years ago), they seemed to be able to put teams away when the opponent pulled their goalie. It was like they had a set play breaking a forward out and get a pass into the neutral zone for an easy open-netter. I am curious if anyone knows if the Sioux have a set play break out when there is an empty net in front of them and if the situation is practiced with intentions of getting the EN. To me it seems like the Sioux just try to survive, and if they do get it out of the zone it is more of a mad scramble than to get the empty netter.

I have FTA FSSN and the sports pack on Directv. And Comcast with my high speed bundle. Even the gophers were pre-empted. Not a single college hockey game on at 7:00 to watch in the world of TV, really.

Sounded pretty exciting. Two big points on the road against an always gritty team. No college hockey on the TV here in the cities on Comcast or DirecTv. The Gophers were even pre-empted on FSN. But who would want to watch the #9 team in the WCHA anyway?

Anybody finding it on comcast cable in the Twin Cities??
