  1. Agreed…lineup looks a ton stronger. Shift everyone down one spot.
  2. True blue chip, love it
  3. I’m assuming everyone was on the same page. Clearly he was informed he didn’t have a spot on next years lineup. He would have been a practice/emergency player
  4. Brothers are both good players. Boomer has a higher ceiling.
  5. Oh that was the angle…got it. Mason is obviously an Edina kid, he’s also got a great head on his shoulders so I doubt the girl thing comes into play. I will say this…he just isn’t the type of kid that goes to UND. It won’t happen.
  6. Huh? Haha
  7. Justin Carbonneau to BC, looks to be a solid get.
  8. Agreed, but he I’m assuming he will.
  9. Great decision for him, best HS player in the state last year and it wasn’t really all that close. But…there’s a 0% chance he’s ever even thought about UND haha
  10. He should be able to.
  11. Eric Nilson to MSU….crazy big get, holy buckets. Talk about reloading. These big10 teams
  12. Top line. Opportunity
  13. Depends which ones you do.
  14. Just a young “futures” type camp
  15. I just read somewhere he’s skating. I guess he’s way ahead of the timeline.
  16. Weird the post was deleted
  17. 100% msu actually has a nice class but I agreee and I wasn’t being negative with my 1 comment. At the forefront of all this I just assumed we’d be much more heavily involved with the Canadians for obvious reasons.
  18. No he’s already skating and folks have projected he’d maybe be able to play in the WJSS….you take him with open arms everytime.
  19. Ryder ritchie to BU….wowzers. Now I know why boisvert went there haha
  20. I was talking about the clubs.
  21. The ushl and nhl recently came to some sort of agreement, I am uninformed on the specific details but they really need to create the exact same rules as CHL. Max of 3 20 year olds, lower roster size, minimum of 3 16 years olds etc. I may be wrong on that last piece, but I know they have to have like 3 16 or 17 year olds on the roster. Also, the nhl should be paying for draft picks developed too. Otherwise all our US kids will have to play CHL.
  22. Bingo…this is 100% accurate. Also, due to the agreement with the nhl, it is very advantageous to develop first round draft picks as they get their “kick back” financially. Winning is awesome for CHL clubs….but developing players is very important too…thus they let their young prospect play.
  23. Yep. As more higher end players go the college route just expect to see it more frequently.
