I still think that's the biggest issue. I was a Gopher fan before attending UND, and growing up we would play knee hockey with the Gopher games always on in the background. With the current TV setup, we never would have known how to find the games, and our parents never took us to watch in person. They lost a ton of exposure from younger hockey fans with the move to the Big Ten.

When 5 teams of the same conference make the tournament, conf vs conf matchups are allowed in the first round. They should give UND the option if this situation arises, imo.

I think hope congress will eventually act if needed. They don't do anything ahead of time - just look at the budget for example.

I think the number of auto bids would be a huge factor as well. An additional conference or two would make a huge difference. Say, if Atlantic hockey splits and if independents somehow cobble together another conference - would only need a few more teams for something like that to happen.

Yeah I have that but it buffers then cuts to an add every 15 min or so. Better now.

When the CBSSN was announced they said next year will be different. Scheduling will change in a way that allows the league to get a couple more men's tournament games on CBSSN, so men and women should each have semi finals and finals televised. 6 games on cbssn > 1 on espn2 imo.

I think this picture may be outdated though, because I feel like I remember seeing it before. Curious how close this will be to the final plan. Could this rendering below be as low as 2200? Perhaps if the seating doesn't extend behind the net on the right side of the picture?
