No, he shot himself in the face and tried to act like nothing happened. Tis but a scratch!

I mean just in terms of ball striking and pop off of the foot. The sound is a good indication. A deep thud is a good sign.

So how about the punters? How do they look? They are the unsung heroes of the defense and are a major question mark going into this season.

Aplin is my boy. I hope he's in the rotation this year. I wish our whole team was nasty like him.

What about Holm?

I suppose if he can make it at safety having that kind of height would be a massive asset. He can always pull a Dayo or Disterhaupt and slide down to OLB and dominate.

I selfishly wish I could watch him play three more years at UND. In the end, though, I wish the best for him in whatever he chooses to pursue.

So barring some Weber St level technology debacle we can watch every single game this year. Nice to not have a joke non streaming Wyoming on the schedule this year.

Our schedule is nice, real nice. Our RB group is nice. Our DL group is nice. Our LB group is nice. Our QB is nice. If our OL WR and DB groups can come together we will be in business. Our tough games are at home too which is also nice.

I always thought a full head dress helmet would have been pretty cool.

For some reason I don't and I can't put my finger on it. I really like the contrast of the facemask/chinstrap from the helmet though.

The numbers are already on the jerseys and about 10x as big. I doubt many people will be able to read the numbers on the helmets from the stands.

Do you like the wheat/alien tail?

Headcase? As in clashing with teammates and strength coaches? Or just being home sick?

Player numbers are always on the helmet to keep track of whose helmet is whose. It's not like the guys' names are on the helmet
