Cal Poly is below where they should end up. UNI is still high, regardless of what that team does the rest of the season, they shouldn't be making the playoffs. MVFC ppl can talk about UNI's schedule all they want, UNI can blame the AD and finances for them missing the playoffs.

Darell I see you and I and somebody named ND Power are still holding strong at 1 game back of the leaders. Have you been copying my picks?? Haha, hopefully we can move into first soon, perhaps with a UND upset of EWU..... actually I'm not sure who I'll be picking in that one yet..... depends on how good geaux_sioux's forum pep talk is this week

I was still kind of hoping it was just a couple fluke outings vs. PSU and SDSU, but our defense has shown minimal signs of improvement. This could turn into a tough to watch season if things on the defensive side of the ball don't tighten up soon.

Also, IIRC, Cal Poly fumbled the ball back to us on the ensuing drive, so that individual play really didn't hurt too much.

Wow you really thought this one through!!! ARE YOU READY FOR THE YETI??? I think I like it! I would maybe go a different route than "Fighting" Sasquatch though, it doesn't flow very well for me. Perhaps the Wild Sasquatch or Angry Sasquatch or maybe just Sasquatch (is there a plural form or is Sasquatch both singular and plural?)..... meh, whatever, not sure yet. I can't imagine a scenario in which Jack Links wouldn't line up to be a sponsor right away though!! lol

If you're stumbling, weaving, yelling, or otherwise doing anything to draw attention to yourself and you are near campus the cops will probably stop you. Also, I'd assume that in order to get the minor Johnboy either admitted to drinking or got breathalized. If he didn't, he got hosed by the fuzz.

Nothing happens to the Ralph at this time. Ralph Engelstad is gone so we don't know his opinion on the current state of affairs, but he did threaten to halt construction of the arena back when it was being built (around 12 years ago IIRC). UND will continue to use the Ralph, as I'm sure he would've wanted them to given the present circumstances (NCAA changed the rules after his passing). The logo at center ice and other non-permanent logos were changed for this year. However, the logos in the floors, all over the outside of the building, and on the seats, walls, etc. will still be there. I believe there is a retirement schedule for certain, less costly to remove logos, but I don't see the logos in the granite/marble/whatever floors going away any time soon. Also, I believe UND is allowed to keep using the Fighting Sioux WHCA and NCAA championship banners due to historical significance. The main category of people offended by the moniker were caucasian, liberal arts faculty members. One really can't expect them to think rationally in these sorts of situations.

Would the plates be allowed to have a Sioux logo?? If not, maybe that's why there aren't any yet. Oops, now I see that was already mentioned earlier......
