Banning collegiate athletics booster organizations from profiting from charitable gaming should be a high priority. If we're going to have "charitable" gaming, it should be for actual charitable organizations.
One of the other names at the bottom of that email/letter, Bruce Bollinger, is the VP of Finance and Administration. If they're like UND, there's a couple associate VPs, then budget and accounting directors, then accountants below him.
Haha not a great track record there. Fortunately the Bank of ND's primary customers are ND government agencies (other than arranging loans with smaller banks), so not as much risk of a run on cash.
