If we truly want a truck bypass it should be north of town, not south where all the residential and retail construction is happening (or will be soon enough). I'm not against a south side bridge, but don't block off another direction of growth with a truck bypass.

Unfortunately, the word "sites" was added to prevent a reduction in the number of higher education institutions. Mayville, Valley City, and Bottineau probably should be closed; Williston should be converted into a workforce training center operating on private funds; and Dickinson should be converted to a 2-year technical college. I agree that the proposed amendment, in general, probably isn't the best for most of the schools too. The current governor is very pro-Fargo.
