This will be the first year we've hit Canada hard in a while and it's something that has been missing from this team. Based on some comments on SFI, Mollberg may have confidence issues (not only in himself, but in the O-line) causing bad timing. That's one problem with throwing a young QB into the fire too early. See the Jacksonville Jaguars for example, they're keeping Bortles out because they know they don't have the line to protect him and they don't want him to hear footsteps for the rest of his career.

Compared to Bartels, yes, although I'd like to see his mobility actually benefit the team in a game if that's the reason he's starting.

Argh, with an already depleted roster, minimal depth, and a coaching transition, this was a really bad year to get hit by the injury bug.

The NFL may be getting themselves into quite the mess by involving themselves in these cases.... If an individual team wants to suspend/drop a player (for obvious PR reasons), that's the team's choice. If another team wants to sign that player (risking PR backlash), it's the team's choice. The NFL should take a back seat.

2 hours from Atlanta, Columbia, and Charlotte makes for a pretty easy drive for alumni, of which Clemson has more than UND. Also, they have several Grand Forks sized towns within 60 miles. UND should need a bigger stadium eventually; however, we've been in the Alerus for over a decade and it has suited us fine in that time. It was built by the city, rather than UND, and the city can't get any concerts to fill it. It's big enough, for now.

Being located in Springfield, MO, a city with a metro population over 430,000, certainly can't hurt.
