Both were fluff and short on facts. Above are a few issues in this piece. I hate that the ncaa took away our name, and in a sense, our school's identity. However, I will not support wallowing in self-pity for the next 30 years in an effort to prove a point to a bunch of people (ncaa) who stopped paying attention several years ago.

Any reason und couldn't offer say 10 full cost of attendance stipends for football? Why would we need to offer them to all full scholarship players?

Mollberg was very heavily recruited. Ndsu's QBs have been very clutch/solid, but that team lives and dies on the ground and on defense.

Winning isn't going to get people interested in watching UND baseball. The team needs to be cut and the funding reallocated to basketball and/or football.

Probably not, but it is likely taking less of the student fee $$ that is distributed throughout the athletic department.
