There is also a La Quinta in that hotel grouping by the Alerus. Pretty much all of these hotels are new within the last 10 years and are an easy walk to the game. One warning, assuming it's anything like the other "My Place Hotels" that have been thrown together throughout ND, I'd probably avoid that one in Grand Forks. Others that are a farther walk or a simple short drive include the Hilton Garden Inn, Springhill Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Country Inn & Suites. These are all relatively newer/nicer (see: clean) hotels as well.

Oh shoot I was thinking blackouts as in everybody wears black. No, they haven't tried blacking out midco coverage.

Home games against Montana have been blackouts in the past. They aren't on the schedule this year though.

They all are. A ticket is like $15 and it's much more enjoyable in person.

I read the siouxsports poll as 60% don't hate the logo. About as good as UND could've hoped for, IMO. -

Current WCHA - UA-F, UAA, UAH, BSU, BGU, FSU, LSSU, MTU, MnSU, NMU (less MnSU) Current NCHC - CC, DU, MU, UMD, UNO, UND, SCSU, WMU (plus ASU & MnSU) May as well reshuffle and add ASU, Mercyhurst, and RMU (leaving the AHA intact)..... New WCHA (aka CCHA 2.0) - UAH, BGU, FSU, LSSU, MERCYHURST, MU, MTU, NMU, ROBERT MORRIS, WMU - Bus league of lower MI, OH, PA along with UAH and the Yoopers. New NCHC (aka WCHA 2.1) - UAA/UA-F (they have to form a class B co-op and will play in Anchorage), ARIZONA STATE, BSU, CC, DU, MnSU, UMD, UNO, UND, SCSU - Duluth is as far east as we go.

Agreed. And if they aren't (somewhat likely, I think), then just stick with 9 for a while.
