  1. They have like 4 posters who comment once per week.
  2. UND 31 (1/3 on FGs) Sac - 20 (1 long TD pass and 1 TD set up by short field)
  3. Went back looking for what other FBS payouts have been. Inflation starting to taper off? Maybe accepted lower bid because travel to Kansas St will be cheaper than west coast.
  4. The UND hockey bloggers are apparently quite upset with Kennedy for some reason. Calling him out for things they never called Kelley on and he was much worse. They must be nervous about the potential shift in athletic department priorities. Don't worry, mens hockey will still be #1.
  5. Correlation does not equal causation.
  6. Obviously lying so they can announce it as a Christmas surprise
  7. No. But we may not have a choice if the BSC doesn't let us stay on as a football-only affiliate.
  8. Just Sacramento State, as far as I remember. They (Sac St) don't really matter to anyone.
  9. Any inside info on how much K State is going to pay us to beat them?
  10. Not having to travel to Grand Forks.
  11. Well that sucks.
  12. Actually it says possible criminal charges were investigated but the "case" was dropped by the complainant. No mention of charges ever being filed.
  13. You're late bison73.
  14. The girl who was locked out of her room refused to press charges. Perhaps she wasn't as upset by what her roommates did as her "friends" were.
  15. $100 M for the football stadium. Gotta have another $20 M for the rest of the IPF, $20 M to complete the parking structure on the east side of Columbia, $5 M for the outdoor track and soccer field, $100 M for endowed scholarships, $10 M to put additional permanent seating in the Betty, $30 M for a new business school, and keep around $20 M for myself. After taxes and the discount for taking the entire lotto in one payout, that's all of the money. Lotsa mouths to feed.
  16. $500 million lottery. $100 million is the donation.
  17. Me. As soon as I win the lottery (should be in the next month or 2). $100 million.
  18. Hopefully because he has been relieved of authority over anything as they work on a retirement settlement.
  19. Agreed on the coaches' presentations. It seems to me the chair of the IAC, Kenville (yes the chair of the committee is also the idiot who requested the D2 info), enjoys her position of power over the jocks and the ability to force them to beg for their jobs.
  20. I believe the comparison was being made to Schafer, not Kelley.
  21. It's a good thing cutting women's hockey is off the table, otherwise Schloss might write a negative article about UND and its administration.
  22. Guessing he's referring to the share of ticket sales.
  23. http://www.grandforksherald.com/sports/4129860-schlossman-just-read-between-lines Schafer cuts baseball and men's golf..... SCHAFER IS A TYRANT WHO IS MAKING IMPORTANT DECISIONS WITHOUT ADEQUATE INPUT FROM ANYBODY ELSE!!!! Kennedy puts together a committee to provide input on future sports cuts....... THIS COMMITTEE IS A TERRIBLE SIDESHOW AND KENNEDY SHOULD JUST MAKE THE DECISIONS HIMSELF!!! Hard to win with the Herald these days.... As for this statement: "The first three meetings were spent educating members on basic items of the athletic department. They are not well versed enough to make decisions that could have wide-ranging impact. This is not the fault of committee members. They did not ask for this assignment. They were unfairly put in this position to be the face of this process." They're the Intercollegiate Athletics Committee. This committee existed long before Kennedy or Schafer became President. The fact they don't know anything about athletics indicates they're bad at this portion of their jobs and they shouldn't be on the committee. Also, it's been made very clear this committee isn't making any decisions. They're supposed to gather information and provide advice/options.
  24. Anyone able to watch the press conference?
