Fall: football is great. Winter: men's ball and wrestling both had great seasons. Spring: softball is good. Baseball is OK I think? Track is pretty good I think. Volleyball is typically good. Lately.... Not so much. Seems reasonably well rounded no? Depends on your definition I suppose.

I think we won another title this year and a game in the dance. I can't be sure though. My memory is not so good.

This is so much fun.

Are you this protective of all towns with nicknames? Do you get upset when people refer to Valley City as a very unflattering name we've all heard? Do you get irritated when people call Fargo names? El Forko Grande just expresses the multicultural experience of the northern valley. You guys really drifted from the purpose of the thread.

There would be no outrage if Wyoming and Marshall played. They would have won games in the tourney. No one was mad when Butler made it in basketball. Now if Wyoming and Marshall played without a playoff... You'd see outrage.

If the women are remotely competitive they will draw. They haven't been. Think of it as a major investment.

Game was fun to watch. Thank goodness the team I was rooting for won. All in all though, honestly was an enjoyable game for both sides I imagine....for 59:59.4 seconds at least.

I do believe conferences have X number of years to reestablish themselves as "X sport conferences."

If it would be worth spending millions of dollars extra every year to play against those schools if asked? Seems like an reasonable discussion.
