Well it is OK I don't put too much stock in things...but as a finance guy...ROI is a big thing we look at....I'm sure y'all do fine. UND probably has some more "fruity" majors than NDSU does that pull in next to nothing or something.

He has been to the dance twice in 6 years...not too shabby. Granted one was not "his team." He did recruit this bunch that were a damn fun team the past 4 years. Brian Jones wouldn't know what to do with an NDSU coaching salary We'll find someone. I'll miss Saul. Seemed like a genuine guy. Never will forget him over the years showing raw emotion like a college kid.

This. Team should be a lot better than the post-Woodside Administration. Even if they have a worse record(which I doubt) they should be better than the 09-10 Herd. Summit seems like its better than then but I have no idea. I'm not a basketball mind.

Happy for Saul. Seems like about the nicest man in the world. If he is...I have no way of knowing. All I know...NDSU has had two head coaches get stolen in basketball. One is now a B1G coach of the year....the other is hopefully on his way up. Should make NDSU a relatively attractive job. Hope he does well at Ohio.

I gave ndsu 3500 as average attendance. That would have put NDSU in the top 10% of all Division 1 Ladies ball. I counted 29 teams with higher attendance. Don't compare ladies ball or sports to men's.

No.. I'm not a one or two sport fan...I hope all NDSU teams do well. Men's sports drive the bus and to say otherwise is lying to yourself.

Don't compare the Big Dance to hockey...who you reckon got more exposure as a result of their win? I'll give you a hint.....they play about a block away from me and across the street from the Fargodome.

Let's look at attendance of women's sports vs. Mens. Let's look at what sports are regularly on TV. Facts are facts. America cares about men's athletics. Women's.....Meh. If Notre Dame wins the ladies ball title...they'll be happy... But they'd probably rather have an elite 8 or final 4 in men's ball.
