Fixed it for you. If UND wanted to play the game.... They could have not shut the game down in the first place. If your significant other moves to a different town for a way better job.... And you break up with him/her.... Can you be mad if when you move to the same town he/she doesn't want to be with you anymore? Nope. At this point in time... NDSU makes the rules. Deal with it.

Depends on the town you are in. Some places will jail you....including North Dakota. Fargo and Grand Forks....that won't happen I don't think. Back in Jamestown....different story at least as of '07 when my sister got hers.
