Good, that clears that up. Sure heard his name a lot last night. Not a bad weekend for him.

Here is what I said earlier about this Honestly I don't see the WCHA going to a 12 team league, or using my senario either, not with the unbalanced WCHA schedule and why would UNO leave the CCHA? The SOS wouldn't even be the same in the league you have suggested. Next, anything that doesn't include a majority of our games including Minnesota, Wisconsin and UMD year after year isn't exceptable in my opinion. I'd beat anyone money its not going to happen. The WCHA has to approve it first and the NCAA isn't going to make the conferences take extra teams.

How about sparky with 4 assists and no penalty in 50+ games. Thats amazing.
-
Apparently Adam Wodon, Cornell appologist thinks St. Larry is a top ten program. I guess some how the EZAC has gotten stronger this season.
-
Wasn't it Madison or Mpls?

Well I was at the game last night and it got chippy, If I remember right, Smaby did something to Erickson and he thought that Jones did it and it got ugly, also the coaches were barking back and forth at each other Hak and Seratori and Barry and Seratori (spelling I know) it was interesting. I have never seen Jones snap that bad and it was ugly.

We may be visiting this issue again in the future, I hope not just a hunch though. I had an argument this morning at the corner bar with my buddy how UND and WCHA fans don't want to give up a traditional rival like UofMN and UofWisconsin to play four games with the Beavers but, I don't know what do you do with the members of the CHA after Airforce leaves. Robert Morris to the ACHA, Niagra to the EZAC Huntsville and BSU to the WCHA, I suppose WSU to the CCHA. I can't see the WCHA going to 12 teams unless we do way with 4-6 more non conference games and then the schedule still gets more unbalanced.
-
Now if we can get that to translate to the ice in the second half of the season at UND. Don't get me wrong he has been good but I think he can be great.
-
Now that is a really cool analogy, funnier than he!! actually.
-
Oh boy, is this all we have to talk about? This place is turning into 24/7 Kessel.
-
Isn't ESPNU covering the game? They are the one that did the press release.
-
Here is the response I got to my letter. I think he has us mixed up with Minnesota fans.
-
This is the quote that makes me think that Toews will not be back until the UAA series. It will give Toews some good experience for the rest of the season.
-
Baring the Roads aren't in bad condition by the end of the evening. Apparently ESPNU is covering the game on Saturday night. http://www.insidecollegehockey.com/1Schedu...pnu/BSU-NDK.pdf UND is 2-6-1 against ranked teams this season. I thought we were beter than this since we did bea UNH, Denver, Miami. so right there its three and not two.

I sent them a seething letter.

I wounder if his team mates will put it up on the bulletin board.

I mean really what kind of a jerk writes such garbage. The man just insulted a whole segment of the population. I mean really. When UND is rolling through the playoffs again what is this jerk going to say.
-
Actually I agree with you to a point, Borgen isn't very good and I am not sure how its a new story. I do believe talking about the two Benidict Arnolds from ND are more excitingl
-
I say we still send him seething emails, UofMN and Colgate are not going to be in the Frozen Four. Not with Briggs as goalie and with their defense.
-
Are you sure about that number I remember during the Mercy Hurst and BSU series for the Division II championship that there was like 3500 for the series. I could have sworn that BSU and UofMN there were more sitting in the stands than 2399. Just wondering not intending to flame.

Hak didn't say what was wrong with Smaby but it has to be semi serious for him not to practice. I just hope he can play this weekend. I can almost beat Tom Seratorri (sp) will have his team focused to play on Friday night, the man is intense and does a really good job of preparing his team to play in big games, they have played a tough schedule this season and have done fairly well. If UND can play disciplined and come out fired up it would help a lot.
-
Whew, that helps a lot if we get those guys for the game.
-
You have got to be kidding me. Yikes I guess it has been a while since I been back eh? I ussually go to this BSU professors house (they call it tail gating) and socialize before Beaver games, one of my buddies introduced me to them a few years back, he will be the same guy across the ice doring the TV for the Game on charter. Anyone going to the game, the BSU fans are awesome, and a lot of fun to hang out with. I have met many of them and they are pretty fun and they know their hockey really well. There is a hard core bunch of them Millsy, Mr Bob, Jac, Doug and you'll probably run into them at the games this weekend. I also had the pleasure of Meeting Moose last season at the WJT. I recommend going and socializing.

I would try Stats or Green Mill or Apple Bees in Bemidji. Stats is a good place to meet sports fans. It can get cold in that arena, I am sitting in the eight row so I may have my gloves just in case, or just drink a few adult beverages before you go and you won't notice a difference. Trust me it will be warm on Friday because the place will be pack and should be full of energy.
