I agree 100 percent, I think that there are certain schools in year nine that still haven't improved the quality of their broadcasts. I think there needs to be a minimum standard.

While it sounds great in theory, I don't see it happening. No enough demand for it. MIDCO isn't going anywhere.

Thinking about this, you realized that UND hockey is one of the top draws for Midco, right? Midco is not going to stop covering UND hockey for a startup Division I hockey team. I don't see UND getting a better offer than Midco either.

Is it me or do the Huskies players go down really easy? I am not saying this isn't a penalty, and I am not sure what Eric is taking issue with, because both should be called, but we also have a lot of embellishment going on the last couple of seasons. One could say the same thing about Minnesota players in the past as well. But I think the NCAA refs need to start calling this.

Augie will have the backing to make the move to division I. If they ended up in the Summit in other sports, would they be a "like-minded" school? I think they will end up somewhere. They're going to have some money and Sanford Health's might be bankrolling them. They're going to be playing in Midco Arena.
