I know there was an Ottawa hockey pundit that said on the NHL network the other night that he's a year away from the NHL. It was someone dialed in to the Senators team. I don't recall what his name was.

Word has it that Sanderson is staying another year. Apparently, he's been telling people that he's staying another year. I guess we will soon find out.

In watching that, I didn't think that was a major penalty. Maybe they had a better angle in the penalty box the TV didn't have. It didn't look like it was a head shot. It looked like a shoulder to chest hit. The DU broadcast on NCHC.TV show the hit in question multiple times. I also thought the DU player sold it.

I wouldn't trade Saville for Scheel. Saville Career Stats: (18-16-5, .911 save percentage 2.74 GAA), 2 shutouts. Scheel Career Stats: (44-17-5, .911 save percentage, 2.06 GAA), 5 shutouts.

I just noticed that the other day when I was driving on South Washington. Leaves a big hole on South Wash.

Add to that, UNO will probably end up playing DU in the NCHC playoffs which they don't match up well against.
