Wow!! What a game!! Still recovering from it! Woke up Sunday morning and could barely talk! Totally worth it. Can't say enough about Bubba and this team. They sure have grit. Studs showed why is is a leader on this team. How could you not want to go out and play hard after seeing what he was doing on Saturday by coming back again and again after being dragged off the field. This team is definitely special. Got to feel great for the Seniors to go from where they started 4 years ago to where they are now. One of the best games I have attended at the Alerus! Gotta give it up to Bubba for building this team into the team he knew could succeed in this conference and the players for sticking with it. Big SKy Champs!! Man, it feels good to say that!!

Need to get to the quarterback. Take him out of his comfort zone and make him rush his passes. I thought I read that NAU has only given up 4 sacks this year? That's insane!!

So excited to be coming back for this game. After being a season ticket holder for years, moving to the Cities made it tough to get to games frequently. Had planned on coming to this game months ago. Planned the trip so I could hit up football and a couple hockey games the same weekend. I remember talking to my buddies 2 months ago about how I was coming up to this game to watch UND win a Big Sky Championship. Pretty crazy that it is actually gonna happen!! Looking forward to taking it all in this weekend. Can't wait till tailgating. Our group is planning on being there right away!! The weather is looking great for Nov 12 so I expect a pretty could crowd in the parking lot. I am hoping we can get 10000+ at the game Saturday. I hope people realize what a huge game this is. Looking back at how far this team has come in the last 4 years is just amazing. Gonna be a fun one. Can you tell I am a little excited?!!! Is it Saturday yet?!!! The weather Sunday is looking really good. Need an above average walk up crowd. Of course the biggest factor will be the students.

Wasn't meant to rip on you. I agree. We should be encouraging students to take in the entire UND football gameday experience. And tailgating is a huge part of it. Spread the word around campus that this is a huge game. Also, tailgaiting is awesome!! Saturdays forcast is 52 and sunny. Should be great tailgating.

They could probably make an appearance because ND is on the way to Canada, since that is where all these Celebs are going now!!!

Hey, maybe go to the football game not because you want to get priority seating to hockey, but because you want to see a great football team and see UND win a conference Championship!!

There is a small group of Bison fans that just can't get over the fact that UND did not move up to D1 he same time NDSU did and resent them for not scheduling the Bison after that. They felt betrayed and wronged for some reason. I get hating your rival. But any rational fan of both UND and NDSU can clearly see that having UND and NDSU in the same conference (especially football) is what the majority of fans of both schools want. It's time to move on and embrace the possibility of having UND and NDSU (as well as SDSU and USD) in the same conference.

I do like how Bubba is calling this game "Big Sky Championship Game" on social media. He does a great job of marketing his team and getting fans excited. Need to get WDAZ, GF Herald, Alerus Center, etc to hype it up as well.

The last time NDSU had to play on Thanksgiving weekend was 2010. Is was their first D1 playoff game and first playoff game at the Fargodome. Perfect recipe for a huge turnout. Attendance was 12202.

I am really wondering how big of a bid UND would put up. Faison will most likely look at the attendance of this Saturdays game as a measuring stick for a playoff game. Keep in mind that the first round is over Thanksgiving. If we only get 8000 to a game where we could win a Big Sky title and the weather is going to be in the 50's, how many are we going to get on Thanksgiving Saturday when the weather is in the 30's or less.

Seeing the Bison's streak of Championships end would be fantastic. Having UND be the ones that do it would be even better!!

UND is playing for a Big Sky Championship on Saturday. The biggest game at the Alerus since we moved to D1. We are pretty much guaranteed to be in the playoffs and this may be the last time that we get to see this team play at home. If that isn't enough to get you out to the Alerus to support this team, noting is. It's time for people to get out and support a winning team and a potential Championship team.

Not sure what the end game is here for the guys who came up for this design. Do they think people are going to buy this alternate "Fighting Hawk" merchandise so they can protest the name and logo? People can already wear there Sioux merchandise if they want to do that!

Not playing the last week definitely doesn't help our cause to get a top 8 seed. Would need 2-3 loses by some really good teams. So we are most likely looking at playing that first weekend. That being said, having that bye week at the end of the season is going to be an advantage to whoever we have to play. This team badly needs a week off to heal up.

Pretty jacked to go to the game tonight!! Road games are always the best!! Especially when there are a lot of UND fans in attendance! Should be no different tonight. Hopefully we can turn the John into Ralph South!! #alwaysahomegame
