Berry's previous contract, a five-year deal, was set to run out in June 2023. Berry will make a base salary of $450,204 beginning next season and will receive 3 percent raises each year for the remainder of his contract. He also has numerous incentives in his contract — winning the Penrose Cup (8 percent of base salary), hosting playoff games (2 percent), winning NCAA tournament games and team academic benchmarks (6 percent) to name a few — that could push the value higher.

    Gaber, I can't see anything more than a few token months in the Coast. Just doesn't have anywhere near enough of the tools to be successful in the American let alone the National. Best bet, come back, try and be a superstar, and catch some fire and hype and maybe play teams against each other till some team tosses him a NHL game to sign after the season next year... That's his only hope of pro hockey.

    The CCM NIT team will be a darn good team this year, and likely next as well. Lots of scoring ability and solid D. I believe they've won the thing for the last 2 years and I'd expect them to compete quite well again.

    The assumption stated was und not getting in, Holy cross winning the AHA tourney, having already knocked off the perennial powerhouse AIC. and as it sits now... if RIT was the AHA winner could be the 15 and UND the 16... that wouldn't happen as UND would move up more with 4 wins but.....
